Our Emerging Leaders program is in its third year and was developed to help bring out the best in our next generation of leaders, giving them skills and opportunities to grow and develop personally and professionally.      

Physical and mental health initiatives are supported through our Mind | Body | Soul program and we provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) – an extra step in supporting our staff when they most need it. We do yoga, we go for runs and we love team sport – there is something for everyone.  

Our commitment to leading change can be seen through our genuine support of local and national charities and community groups. We love to volunteer and fundraise. And we empower our employees to be active participants in the community, supporting organisations and programs that align with our values and enable us to deliver lasting impact. That commitment and involvement extends to connections with culture, the land, and the community, and looking for opportunities to continue learning as part of our reconciliation journey. 

We also love to celebrate together and grow our culture through staff events, from breakfasts and golf days through to trivia nights, karaoke and fun runs – we always take the opportunity to celebrate personal and professional milestones.
