Set along the Caboolture River, the Riverbank master planned community represents a long-term commitment to shaping a connected, high‑quality residential precinct for a growing region. Since 2017, Peet Limited has entrusted Therefor Group to lead the surveying delivery of this transformative project – supporting its evolution into one of Caboolture South’s most significant suburban neighbourhoods.

Over more than eight years, our team has provided continuous surveying expertise across the estate, registering over 30 Survey Plans, Identification Surveys, and managing successful ADAC submissions that enable timely lot registration and smooth delivery for Peet. This continuity – rare on a project of this scale – has ensured deep site knowledge, stability through changing development managers, engineers, and civil contractors, and a consistently high standard of technical accuracy.

Our work has been instrumental in unlocking key components of the master plan, including the delivery of over 1,000 residential lots and the opening of Market Drive, a new road connection providing an essential link between Morayfield and the motorway. These outcomes reflect a proactive approach grounded in trust, long‑term collaboration, and a commitment to adding value at every stage.

Riverbank’s success was recognised at the 2025 UDIA Queensland Awards for Excellence, where the project won the Residential Subdivision category – highlighting the quality, innovation, and community benefit embedded in its design and delivery.
