WOW! What a celebration last Friday. We’re so lucky to work alongside so many smart, fearless, strong, and inspiring women in our Women of Wolters network. A huge thank you to everyone who attended our 2024 International Women’s Day event and made it such a success, our best yet? We think so. adipiscing elit.
Karni Liddell, our incredible keynote speaker, had everyone captivated with her honesty and engaging stories from the start. She was the perfect person to lead the day and we thank her so much for being part of such an important day and celebrating with us. She gave a voice to the inclusion conversation and got us all thinking about how we can do better – in our workplaces but also in our communities.
1 in 5 women worldwide have a disability, an important reminder that not all disabilities are visible and inspiring inclusion and diversity – providing opportunities – is more important than ever. Looking at ways to include people of colour, those with a disability, people from all ages and backgrounds, and provide equity – understanding that everyone has different needs.
Inspiring inclusion and allowing for diversity means strengthening your workplaces and teams, as it brings unique perspectives, fostering creativity and innovation.
