Therefor Group has appointed former architect, business leader and artist Paul Fairweather as Non-Executive Director, supporting the firm’s continued strategic growth.
Paul Fairweath will join Joint Managing Directors Natalie Rayment and Andrew Crawford, Executive Directors Brad Jones and Bruce Williams, and Executive Lead Amena Reza at the helm of the organisation as it looks to step into its next stage of growth.

Mr Fairweather brings over 40 years of experience spanning architecture, creative industries, and business, including founding renowned architecture firm Fairweather Proberts Architects, now bureau^proberts.
He said Therefor Group’s forward-thinking and innovative mindset and vision to be true change leaders in their profession, industry and community was a significant factor in his decision to join the firm’s board.
“It’s been really exciting to watch Therefor Group’s evolution over the years as it’s grown into this very innovative organisation,” Mr Fairweather said.
“They’re constantly looking for ways to sustainably improve and develop the firm and its people – and that’s a refreshing and inspiring prospect as an incoming board member.
“As a former architect and practising artist, I’m constantly looking at the big picture with a creative lens and mindset to find unique solutions and opportunities, and I’m incredibly excited to put those skills to work as I join the board and play a role in the firm’s ongoing growth.”
Joint Managing Director Natalie Rayment said Paul’s creative approach and out-of-the-box thinking is exactly what the firm is looking for as it looks to maintain the momentum and growth established over the last 18 months.
“It’s extremely important to us that Therefor Group is an organisation with long-term impact, and ensuring our board of directors is made up of individuals with different experiences and perspectives is vital to this,” Ms Rayment said.
“Paul’s creative and innovative mindset will be an incredible asset to us as the organisation continues to grow, given his extensive experience and unique understanding of exactly what is needed to create and sustain a high performing business.”
Joint Managing Director Andrew Crawford said as a long-time friend of the firm, Paul understands the ambition and bold thinking required for Therefor Group to continue to thrive.
“Paul’s innovation, problem solving and ideas generation is exactly what we look for in our directors, and I’m thrilled to have him to join our board,” Mr Crawford said.
“As an employee-owned organisation, it’s of the utmost importance that the people driving the organisation forward share our deep belief that every person deserves a voice – a belief which Paul has championed throughout his career.”
The appointment of Paul Fairweather to the Non-Executive Director role follows the firm’s appointment of nine new shareholders and increased shareholding of five existing shareholders in July 2026.
