Collaboration has been key. We’ve worked closely with Council, adjoining landowners, and stakeholders to manage competing interests, align structure planning, and deliver cohesive outcomes across the broader Rochedale Urban Village.  

Our planning team led complex negotiations and approvals, ensuring diversity in housing types and proximity to essential services, while embedding design excellence through walkable neighbourhoods, tree-lined boulevards, and integrated open space. 

Surveying services have supported every phase of the project – cadastral and topographic surveys to disclosure plans for pre-sales. More than 30 survey plans have been registered, with technical advice provided on complex titling matters. 

Our Environment team developed responsive fauna and flora management strategies, supporting biodiversity and unlocking trunk infrastructure through targeted rehabilitation works. Project Delivery continue to oversee plan sealing, title registration, and authority approvals – streamlining documentation and coordinating with service providers to ensure timely outcomes.
