Set within the heart of a community in need, the 10 Snell Street project is a powerful example of how thoughtful planning and purposeful design can deliver lasting social impact.

Therefor Group was proud to support The Salvation Army in realising a vision for safe, inclusive housing – one that reflects our shared commitment to leading positive, impactful, and enduring change. From the outset, our team worked closely with stakeholders to navigate legislative shifts and proactively adapt strategy, unlocking real value for both the client and the broader community.
This development is more than just a collection of buildings – it’s a place of dignity, stability, and opportunity. The 23 new apartments, complemented by communal spaces, are designed to foster connection and support for those experiencing housing insecurity. Every element of the design was considered through the lens of wellbeing, accessibility, and long-term resilience.
By integrating social purpose with smart planning, the project responds to complex urban challenges with clarity and compassion. It’s a step toward stronger, better-connected communities – and a reminder of what’s possible when design is driven by empathy and insight.
10 Snell Street stands as a testament to Therefor Group’s belief that good design can change lives. Through collaboration, foresight, and a deep understanding of place and people, we’ve helped deliver a space that offers more than shelter.
