Therefor Group’s Project Delivery Team was engaged to oversee the plan sealing and approval process. Brisbane City Council reviewed the works for compliance with approved designs. After obtaining practical completion certification and other authority approvals, the lots underwent title registration, enabling ownership transfer and settlement.
