Set within the well-connected and established suburb of Seven Hills, Clearview Urban Village is transforming a former TAFE site into one of Brisbane’s most significant urban renewal projects. This visionary redevelopment brings together diverse housing choices, sustainable design, and a strong sense of community – creating a vibrant new neighbourhood that celebrates both its natural setting and local character.

Therefor Group’s ongoing engagement to lead the master planning and delivery of this multi-stage development, will ultimately feature aged care accommodation, small lot homes, townhouses, modern apartments, and a state-of-the-art community hub. The design thoughtfully reimagines existing TAFE buildings while introducing new public spaces, parks, and bushland reserves to promote health, wellbeing, and social connection.
A key objective of the project is to provide a diverse mix of high-quality housing in a location that offers exceptional convenience – close to public transport, community amenities, and employment hubs.
From the outset, our team approached the project with a deep understanding of place, people, and purpose. Environmental stewardship shaped every stage of the master plan, and our environment team led the Rehabilitation Management Plan for Precinct E, restoring 1.1 hectares of native bushland to strengthen ecological corridors, support local wildlife, and enhance natural amenity through targeted planting, assisted regeneration, and invasive species control.
Collaboration underpins the project’s success. Our in-house planning, project delivery, surveying, landscape architecture, and environment specialists continue to work seamlessly with Heran Building Group to deliver coordinated solutions – securing approvals, managing complex site conditions, and integrating environment and design outcomes that balance development goals with long-term sustainability.
Clearview Urban Village stands as a model for how thoughtful design and collaboration can create places where people and nature thrive together.
